Presets?
Presets are designs that stylize your photo from top to bottom!
Where do I receive my Presets?
All Presets, digital photos, etc., will be delivered to your email! Make sure to put an email address you are active on and have exclusive access to!
Where do I use the Presets?
Great question! Each of our Presets has a section dedicated to the app(s) compatible with that product. Find the 'Where do I use the Presets?' or 'Compatible with:' section on that product's page, and the accompanying app(s) will be found there!
How do I Install the Presets?
All our Presets come with a Step-by-Step PDF Installation booklet. The booklet can be found in the same folder as your Presets, toward the bottom.
How do I apply the Preset to my photo?
With the Click of a button! On the Desktop, just hover over the desired Preset and click it! On Mobile, just tap with your finger! Applying a Preset to your photo requires no coding or complex procedure!
How come I can't open my Presets?
In all cases, you need to Unzip or Uncompress the File sent to your email, and then the folder with your product will appear!
How come I can't find my Presets on my Phone or Desktop?
Like above, you need to Unzip or Uncompress the File; only then will the folder appear with your product.
If you can't find it after Unzipping or Uncompressing the File, please check your 'Downloads' folder on your phone or Desktop and type the product name, and the file will appear!
I accidentally deleted my Presets; how do I get them back?
No worries! Go back to the original email where you received the Presets, download, and install them again. You have up to 4 total downloads of the product!
Why do I only get 4 total downloads of my product?
We set the limit to 4 to discourage reselling or fraudulent behavior. We found that 4 downloads were a healthy amount for personal use! But we understand that things happen as well, and you're entitled to your purchase. If you happen to max out the number of downloads, send us an email with proof of purchase at support@xukii.com, and we will send you the product again! Just a reminder that this is based on our sole discretion, and if we suspect any reselling or fraudulent behavior, we will deny the request. Please view our 'Terms of Service' and other resources below for more information.
Returns?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the Sensitivity and Nature of Digital products. We do apologize. However, we accommodate those who have been charged twice for a digital product and/or were sent the wrong one. For more information, please visit our 'Refund Policy' located below!
Why are there more Presets in my bundle than what was listed on the product page?
Duplicate Presets?
Well, my honest folks, I'm glad you asked! This isn't a glitch! We, at times, create more work of our own Presets to give you more options and styles to choose from. The extra presets carry the same intent as the main preset but are expressed differently. I hope that makes sense!! 😅
Why does my photo look dark?
Why does my photo look bright?
If your photo looks dark or bright after applying our Presets, head to the 'Exposure' panel and adjust accordingly. Positive exposure is more light, whilst negative exposure is less light. In most cases, this will do the trick; if you're still having trouble, please email us at support@xukii.com.
